Belize is located on the Caribbean coast of Central America, South of Mexico.
Home to the second longest barrier reef in the world, Belize offers superb calm water sailing, diving and snorkelling, Mayan ruins and more. With about 30 charter yachts in the while over and over 175 cayes to explore, Belize is still truly an unspoilt getaway.
Where can I sail in Belize?
San Pedro & Placiencia 
From San Pedro sail south, from Placencia sail north along the reef which offers protection from ocean swells. Navigating is easy but keep an eye out for shallow water and coral. Some nights cook onboard, some nights eat delicious seafood dinners in the restaurants along the way. Search for shy manatees among mangrove channels at Drowned Caye, snorkel off St George's Caye or take a dive trip at South Water & Carrie Bow Cayes. Relax, life is pretty laid back here.

What's the weather like for sailing in Belize?
Typical Caribbean weather with temperatures 27-37oC year round. Dry season January to April, rainy season July-October.
